More DetailsMark Ofori-Kwafo is a qualified legal practitioner with over seventeen (17) years’ experience in Corporate Law and Banking Practice. He has in-depth experience in providing corporate, financial, investment, regulatory advice as well as guidance on Take Overs/mergers among others. Mark worked briefly in private practice with Keddey, Bodza-Lumor, Asempa & Co. (Ameta Chambers), a law firm in Takoradi where he did his pupillage. He joined SG-SSB as a legal officer in 1999. Mark has the hallmark of being meticulous and diligent in the execution of his obligations and has strong passion for mentoring. Before joining First Atlantic Bank, Mark worked extensively in various legal capacities with SG-SSB , United Bank of Africa, International Commercial Bank (Now FBN Bank) and Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank). He holds an LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Ghana, Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law as well as an EMBA (Entrepreneurial Management) from the University of Ghana Business School, Legon, Accra.
