Josephine began her professional career with KPMG, where she distinguished herself as an Audit Associate, building a strong foundation in audit, accountancy, and tax advisory and compliance services. She holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana Business School.
