First Atlantic Bank PLC is a full-service commercial bank with decades of experience in Ghana. Originally established as a merchant bank in 1995, First Atlantic Bank became a universal bank in 2011, expanding its product portfolio to better serve the evolving needs of its customers. In 2025, the Bank proudly transitioned into a Public Limited Company (PLC) following the successful completion of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) and subsequent listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).
