First Atlantic Bank has received two awards for earning double 5-Stars in both Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction at the 32nd Annual National Marketing Performance Awards organized by the CIMG on Saturday November 6, 2021. The Awards which was presented to the bank by the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, (CIMG), was in recognition of the banks sterling performance in the recently held nationwide banking survey organized by the institute and captured in the recently published CIMG-CSI Report, 2021. The CIMG seized the opportunity to congratulate the bank for its ability to ensure business continuity in the face of the challenges brought about by the pandemic for the 2020 financial year.
